Pricing

Our goal is to sell off all stock. The starting price for all our items is roughly 50% off the original retail price. The two main factors that influence our pricing are:
1.    Current performance of the brand and items
2.    Condition of the items
We price our stock based on current performance. Each Quarter, we revise the starting point prices of each brand & item type. For example, if a brand regularly sells out before it hits the discounting periods, we will increase the starting retail and vice versa. Our decision is final, please refer to the current pricing table before you send your items. 
The second factor is the condition. As the nature of second-hand clothing, not everything will be perfect ‘like-new’ condition. We pre-discount the original starting price of items with minor or older defects. 
We will not sell non-acceptable items, please refer to the seller’s guide for items that we do not accept. 

You are more than welcome to pull your items at any time. Please write to us, and keep in mind that there is a 2-week processing time period.  We will ship them to you with a small handling fee of $3 per retrieved item plus the shipping cost. Items that have not been accepted can be returned at the cost of shipping, or we will donate them. 

How do we sell off EVERYTHING? We discount! We give each item a 4-week window at ‘full price,’ then they are discounted every two weeks until it hits 90% and stays. Your commission is based on the price we sold your item at.
